Mary, a young woman, accidentally discovers a mermaid drawn on the wall of her small apartment in Warsaw. It turns out that Pablo Picasso drew it during his visit to Poland in 1948! Mary is thrilled… not everyone has an original Picasso on their apartment wall. But she has no idea that the mermaid is about to turn her life upside down. Living in the apartment next door is Radomski, an older man who remembers Picasso’s visit. He is far from pleased with Mary’s discovery of the mermaid.
